It has been in effect since 8/31 at CS and ET...so we end up with sellers but few buyers...and worse soon. Its a crime for the brokers to trump the SEC's warnings IMHO and create a loser/loser situation for both companies and their investors before necessary buy stopping all buying. Results ugly and costly for many.
