Eddie knowingly installed a wanted felon as CEO of TWO of his tickers. The guy had an utterly bogus, easily debunked resume and been on the run for 9 years for stealing the take from the DOLLAR STORE he managed. Eddie clearly did no DD whatsoever on this crook which is his DUTY. Even after being confronted with the facts he/ they swore it was a different guy, threatened legal action for libel etc. The guy (who lived in single-wide mobile homes in other people's names) had zero qualifications to run a public company. His only asset was being a loyal pumper for Eddie.

Eventually IHubbers tipped off the cops and he was arrested, convicted and served a year in prison.

Despite all this, Eddie teamed up with him again --secretly this time-- to launch a bogus "cure for the nation's opioid crisis." Eddie installed an old buddy of Luther's as CEO and "owner" of SUTI. This guy sold used tools a a Florida flea market. Luther had been promoting their opioid cure ("kratom") on Reddit. However, on the eve of the roll out Luther (a longtime opioid addict) overdosed and died at age 47.
