Well, PCTL is a stock symbol. Did PCTL actually express concern about manipulation of its share price?

PCTL thinks that it is possible that some are involved with nefarious actions to reduce the PCTL share Price?

However, if it was intended to mean someone at PCT expressed such feelings, Id suggest their own actions, misleading statements, poor performance & flat out lies contributed to a reduced share price more than anything, and its not even close
