TDAmeritrade after today indeed not allowing any buying through them of OTC non-Pink Current or Pink Limited (Pink Limited have the 'Yield' sign on their OTCMarkets.com webpage) after today.

I talked to a TDAmeritrade representative this morning.

CBDL is Pink Current so they benefit from that. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CBDL/overview
