I've tried several things to test the MM's. I've even tried market orders (which I rarely use) to see what's going on. 9 times out of 10 on say, a bid/ask of e.g., $1.25/1.28, a market Buy would fill at $1.23. This has happened dozens of times. Maybe someone can explain?
I'll give you another example. And, I've done this multiple times where I'll submit a Limit Buy at say, $1.31 on a Bid/Ask of, $1.30/1.28 and it fills at $1.25. I find it very interesting and I'll need an expert to explain how this is not an intentional effort to drag it down.
With all of that said, the delayed release and paused momentum play right into their hands.
I believe it is possible Mike is correct about the shorts but I don't spend time analyzing short positions.
