The company is promoting HeliosDX on a national campaign, with commercials, yet if someone was to look up what state the company is registered they would not find anything unless they knew it was CPLS who has yet to officially change their name.

The company recently finished its Phase One rebranding strategy from Chattahoochee Labs to heliosDX. The company is preparing to launch a national sales campaign in the coming weeks to further its already rapidly increasing footprint. The campaign is designed to accomplish two goals. The first goal is to grow our sales reach and gain incremental new business across the country. The second goal is to utilize the national sales campaign as a mechanism of pushing the heliosDX brand further, in what we are calling Phase Two.

At what phase does the CPLS file an amendment to change its name? That's all I am asking.

It is kind of important. I own a couple of businesses myself, and if I had a business with a name I filed, but one day started calling my business something different and I have not filed an amendment or a DBA, that would be unprofessional.
