i wouldnt sweat it, or even try to build a working theory. see that barcoding? that's some big firm's algorithim making really rapid sub penny trades. this is being manipulated to hold the price down until a definitive decision is made on the lawsuit. someone is purposely holding the price down until they feel like its a good time to enter it.
