Since there were no "above reasons" stated, may I reasonably assume that you intended to write "for the reasons stated previously" or "for the reasons enumerated in my prior post"?
I realize that you Canucks are taxed by your need to be bilingual, particularly as one of the required languages is the now-useless French which is at best a dying language. However, you should endeavour to improve your writing skills in the English language. Clear and accurate writing reflects clear and careful thinking. The converse is also typically true.
Whilst the economic depression and gloom of Nova Scotia coupled with the tragic decline of the popularity of hockey may in some part account for your evident apathy regarding quality writing and clear expression in the English language, I suggest you strive to improve these aspects of your communication skills. A significant improvement in your written comunication abilities in English may even provide you with an opportunity to obtain a favourable employment opportunity in Toronto, Ottawa, or, more desirably, in the western provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, or British Columbia.
Nova Scotia Community College in Halifax offers several remedial English composition and writing classes that you may wish to pursue. I believe government stipends are available for many Nova Scotia indigents to attend such classes.
I hope you elect this proposed course of action and thereby improve your writing skills. I would be honoured to serve as an employment reference for you should you complete an English Proficiency Certification and subseuqently desire to obtain a position as a trainee legal secretary at Smart & Biggar Featherstonhaugh; McCarthy, Tetrault; Olgilvy, Renault; or Borden, Ladner Gervais.
