Ok- can someone explain this triangular merger in detail and how/why it would be beneficial? What does Edgemode gain by going through BABL as opposed to FWAV taking them public direct? It's not obvious what is going on other than we haven't heard a peep from Synergy and or edgemode in a few weeks.
