The way I read it, LKNCY changed the date to file the 'scheme' with the courts to September 22. Then the courts need to review and make a decision and who knows how long that will take. Then, I saw no mention of actually filing 2020 financials which may or may not be dependent on this 'scheme'. In the end, all I get out of it is LKNCY is 1 day closer to filing the financials needed become Pink Current, but who knows when that day will be.

I am surprised the price is still this high as I thought more people would be getting out. The next few weeks will be interesting IMO.
