Mikel: You might wish to ponder whether Screwrat, LOCH, Dennis Harris, and Petrotech had any interactions with Winston & Strawn's energy practice - particularly a TEXASS Licensed professional engineer who was then a lawyer at Winston & Strawn and had fambly (Daddy-O) in Huntsville and Houston.
Dennis and MalcBaby both took the unusual mission to Brazil.
Both were bigg religious bible-thumpers (in public anyway), both allegedly funding non-profit organizations for religious missions (lifemissionministries.org?) and of course Malc's notorious FGW, LLC and now 14 Johns and 24 Joshuas.
And of course Neuhaus has strong ties to Brazil for auto and bike racing, and I bleeve LOCH was sponsoring a Neuhaus bicycle team in Brazil at one point in 1998 or 1999.
