NRTH: Effective Sept. 3.2021 "Plan of arrangement involving 48North Cannabis Corp. ("48North") and HEXO whereby HEXO has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of 48North (the 48North Shares") currently listed on TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") under the symbol NRTH, on the basis of 0.02366 of a common share of HEXO (each whole common share of HEXO, a "HEXO Share") (Symbol: HEXO) for each 48North Share (the "Arrangement").

NRTH ticker will be deleted.
