Management has been on board for 4 months. This wasn’t a clean shell when they took over so obviously they have additional clean up that has to be done while simultaneously trying to build. SB said the filings would uploaded by today and they were. Priority #1 is getting current and they are clearly working towards completing that very important task. So far so good. It’s held +5,000% since SB took over even with notes being converted and the OS increasing close to 5 billion due to those notes. 99% of any other OTC stock would’ve crumbled back to the trips.
