Except if IMCR’s drug fails to raise LFTs that means the drug likely isn’t working. Maybe there is some temporal relationship between drug and ast / alt kinetics that will be c/w MOA like transient elevation after each dose and then normalizing prior to next dose? That has to be allowed (and almost expected) when you are purposefully trying to selectively kill liver cells.
