"OTC Markets is inundated with such applications and has publicly announced that if an application is not submitted before June 30, 2021, it will not be processed in time to allow a company to access the system to upload current information prior to the September 28th deadline.  Upon submitting an application, the current processing time is approximately 12 weeks."

There's nothing to hurry up with.. either he's submitted what's required to become public or TRII goes to Grey. It's wait and see.. I don't know which it'll be but seems more beneficial to get current regardless how good, bad or meh TRII business is. Far as I know the AS/OS is still the same. That's reason enough. Value as a company or potential shell. If the company isn't doing anything great to attract investors, fine.. there's still value in the ticker itself. Value that won't be there if sent to the Greys. Just don't see why anyone would let that happen if it could be easily avoided.
