Yep - by 9/27 House votes on the Infrastructure Bill. I personally doubt we'll see any substantial NSAV crypto exchange news before then. Most don't understand nor did DD on what was introduced last minute on 8/9, and even the few days beforehand.

What's the Main Big Deal... The company reports to the IRS, not the individual reporting to the IRS = software and more personnel $$$. Might as well wait, build it right, then make it operational to suit the Feds.
