this drop $3 dollar today because the hedgefund is showing that no rule can stop them when they control 10% of the U.S. Stock Market. Remember the DTC-002 hype? that has come and gone and nothing happen and now this new rule that the youtuber are hyping? still nothing. if hedgefund can be easily stop by making rules then why would they even try shorting in the first place. They still have money and they control option so if you go long or short they see it all and will short it down so you lose money and they gain money.
