This looks and smells more like a Schumer stunt than a PLUG event.

Schumer is in the neighborhood stumping, and while he's there let's have a ribbon-cutting, or dirt turning photo-op showing that your Senator is bringing jobs to New York.

If not for Schumer, this "event" would not be happening.
