Why aren't hospitals using Ivermectin for patients that have no alternative left but are left to die? Under the FDA there is "compassionate use" of Ivermectin in such cases.
Why are people forced to go to Court when they had a legal right, due to their condition to "compassionate use" treatment of Ivermectin.
Why are the hospitals and the doctors in those institutions denying legally afforded Ivermectin treatment to such patients.
It shows you that even tho a patient has an absolute right to "compassionate use" under FDA regulations, yet the hospitals refuse to comply with the law.
That is extraordinary interference in patient's rights, when they have no right to interfere.
When they know that the patient has a "right" granted by the FDA to treatment with Ivermectin, and they don't supply the drug and the patient dies, that is a knowing and causal factor of death. In such cases the families should pursue criminal charges. If the prosecutors refuse, the families MUST pursue multi-dollar civil lawsuits.
There is no defense to "I didn't know."
