SIR PETER LISING (Connected to Counterfeiters and Forgers) is listed as the Govenor of the Central Bank of Bougainville(Per Pawson's bank website)

HOWEVER, SIR PETER LISING HAS NEVER BEEN A GOVERNOR OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOUGAINVILLE .. A litte SHADY!! OF COURSE IT's PAWSON AT PLAY HERE! LOL LOL

Since its establishment the Bank has had six (6) different governors. The first governor of the Bank was Sir Henry ToRobert. He was also the longest serving executive of the Bank who served for about 20 years since 1973. Sir Mekere Morauta was appointed the Governor of the Bank after Sir ToRobert and served for fifteen (15) months from 31 July 1993 to 15 September 1994. He was then replaced by Mr. Koiari Tarata who was the Governor from 15 September 1994 to 8 April 1998. The fourth person appointed as Governor after Mr. Tarata was Mr. John Vulupindi who served for only four (4) months before he was replaced by Mr. Morea Vele. After Mr. Vele vacated the position in 1999 a career central banker, Sir Leonard Wilson Kamit was appointed to the position.
