The Investor Group nominees and their challenge to the existing Board of Directors is the consequence of years of overpromise and underdeliver by CytoDyn management. If you have evidence to support your claim that these nominees are controlled by or coordinating with large pharmaceutical companies, please share it. While many of the original shareholders who supported the 13D filing hold large positions, say over 500,000 shares, others hold a more modest stake, but in aggregate hardly enough to attract much attention from Big Pharma. What these shareholders are trying to do is bring competent stewardship to the process of gaining FDA Approval. As the nominating group and candidates share their plan for achieving that, I think it will become evident that it will be take longer than what has been promised, but not delivered by current management.
