In the meantime, I got quite used to what is happening in the pharma industry. That anyone can just "walk into" FDA and say "hello I want to talk with you about the business of CYtoDYN", is the strangest I could imagine in business and dealing with authorities.

In any state with laws, any authority wouldn't engage with anyone but ask questions like "Who you are? Show us your empowerment that you are legally allowed to act on behalf of the company?" As long as 13D is not sitting on the board of CYDY they have no right to act on behalf of the company and the FDA must never communicate with them about CYDY matters.

Either the story is a ridiculous lie or FDA is even more biased and corrupted as I have learned to believe. Is this possible in today's constitutional state of the USA?
