we need to stop focusing on the 13D group, and focus on Brazil. What is going on with our trial? Original guidance was July month-end to inject the first patient - we are now into September. Nader mentioned an import-related issue, and said it had been resolved. That was over a week ago I think, and yet no word since then? what is going on?

There is a reason we're being attacked right now. It is because we are in a weak position, as no one believes what management says in terms of guidance and results. Instead of issuing PRs that say:
"please ignore this other group - don't listen to what they have to say" (which frankly, is a show of weakness) - why not shut them up by delivering results?

if we don't PR the Brazil trial having started by the 6th, i'm going to listen to this group's message and hear them out. Not because i like them, or even think they're any good - but because i'm losing confidence that current management can deliver on any promise or result.
