In the end HE said that whomever does not have access after 8 weeks, likely won't be getting it. HE also said, that the fins for his 3 tickers were ready and he was waiting for OTC access. So...he either did not get access or did not file like he said he would. If they ARE ready AND he has access, why wouldn't he file..not cool that he doesn't update shareholders.
