It would seem that OTC is not accepting the attorney's opinion letter and the information therefore is not verified. Thus, the reinstatement of the shell risk.

Pillsworth needs to get a reputable attorney real fast and to submit another attorney's opinion letter.

Wow, someone really doesn't want the CE designation to come off and is doing everything to keep that from happening.
Could it be GS and his influence with the OTC Markets Group?
