The CEO is a crooked cheap guy. With all the monies he stole from investors with his viscious reverse split (2,500 down to 1), he did not get the stock filing current. Such a loser.

Anyone wants to start up a class action lawsuit against Meir Avitan and his new company, and maybe we can recoop our monies back?
