CT's are preferred equity.Trust "Preferred" security.Equity issued to public by capital trusts.Trusts received debentures from the company.During liquidation of the Trusts they have to pay FV+Divies or distribute those debentures.They can't just get rid of CTs.And above all, claims are allowed worth $1.25 Billion.
