80% discount??? Where the hell does anyone see that in the agreement? It says 30% discount at the time of CONVERSION request of the average price of the 5 previous trading days! There has been only 1 conversion request and the conversion price per share was .0054. The proof is in the financials. The issued confirms the fact that only one conversion has been made.

I think the agreement spells it out simply for anyone to read.
