These industry-wide requirements impact OTC securities classified as "Pink-No Information," which indicates that the company has failed to make current financial and other company information publicly available. To help improve transparency and investor protection, these securities will be classified as "Expert Market" and the SEC will prohibit market makers from providing quotes.
