We don't have the audit because we have had a bunch of acquisitions. Dave has apologized for that saying it was his fault for thinking they would get the audit out earlier. Again...he acknowledged that he had been too optimistic on the date and he is to blame for that.

However now they have a team of auditors and Troy Clymer the COO of SIRC is overseeing it and said they will have them out no later than Oct 6th. In Troy I trust... Timmy...chill on this...it's coming.
