I am not at all attempting to point out your errors so don't get emotional if you happened to slip up.

Based on the past two performance reports detailing CBQI's deteriorating sales delima, one would be wise to consider holding off on additional investment until the company can increase earnings and reverse the current trend of declining revenues.

An important detail worth mentioning: CBQI has not yet been affected by the issuance over 5 million shares of stock used to make acquisitions early in 2001. IMO, The affect of such a large number of shares introduced to the market combined with continued derease in revenue performance will undoubtedly assert negative pressure on CBQI's stock value.
