I would add one more thing to your list. No more catalyst to bring in new investors (not with the current share structure). What would drive the price up now?

I would like to see how Helios/RSHN is going to come up with the money to fund the acquisitions now. It was supposed to be funded by the discounted shares.

Time to wait and see. The CEO said there would be more details.

Final thought. The CEO was not lying when he said you do not get Helios without RSHN.
