I do not have much time today, but I wanted to respond back and ask a couple of questions to you:
How do you know for sure it is the 'note holders' selling into the BID?
Where would I find out about the 10% rule you were talking about?
Why do you not ask the SEC to look into your suspicions? If they are not supposed to be doing this then why are the MM's allowing this? If you know that it is the 'note holders' then the MM's must also.
