But get this...I was looking for a broker that would meet your needs and was chatting with Tradestation (???). They sent me a list of Pink sheets they were not trading titled "OTC 15c2-11 Affected Securities". 12 pages, maybe 30 tickers per page.
Thing is, none of my port's securities were in there, and I have some that are still Stop Sign w/o filings posted ($QENC for example). However, I have none that do not have at least an application filed with OTCIQ. See what I'm saying?
Does this just apply to Tradestation? Dunno. But makes me think OTCM is communicating with brokers and if a security has contact with OTC (i.e. have applied for IQ codes), they are exempted - at least for now - not only from trading now but after 9/28 as well.

Would welcome yours or anyone's thoughts. Appears, at a minimum, Tradestation is a go for the next month. Our conversation was cut short, though, so you would want to confirm for yourself.
