Any background on this David Daniels? I tried looking him up and found RBC capital markets in New York.

Most of the people/companies that have participated in the convertible notes are residents of Canada or in some way closely associated with Canada. I am guessing he is likely a Canadian resident. And because of the size of his investment, I figure he is either an owner of some company, someone in the financial idustry, or an attorney.

One of the early convertible investors was John Margie. I am 99.9% sure he is a Toronto attorney who specializes in the area of construction. If I recall correctly, one day last year I was scrolling through his LinkedIn posts and noticed he had posted or reposted something about Quantgate, so it was pretty obvious I had found the right "John Margie".

If this "David Daniels" is a Canadian resident, there are a number of possibilities as to who he might be. But if I had to take a mostly-wild guess, I would probably lean toward another Toronto attorney who, like John Margie, just happens to have some experience in the construction industry. But again, this is just a guess on my part, I could be completely wrong......
