Well it's pretty much a done deal. As DVCR was trading in the $3's for much of the past year. So they're getting acquired for a HUGE premium. I'm glad management took the deal, would have been stupid not to. I'm surprised someone paid $10+ for them...probably could have gotten the company for much less.
Revenues are only one factor. Look at the bottom line too. Which looks great for DVCR right now. But that's only because they're getting reimbursements from the government due to covid. Without that, they'd be losing money every quarter. Also check the balance sheet...it's terrible. Someone paying $10.10 for DVCR is a gift. Expecting even more is a long shot. There's also a small chance the deal falls apart, and the stock would plunge back below $5. So not one I'd buy up here but good luck with it.
