The other day for a very brief few minutes there was a posting by Anthazar that basically said the ratio of a Bfnh-Elgl stock deal doesn't really matter - the posting was deleted quickly - I am a shareholder of ELGL and would like to state that the ratio makes a HUGE difference. Assume BFNH at 1 ..a 1-1 deal = $1 for Elgl, a 1-2 = .50 for Elgl, a 1-3 = .333 for Elgl, a 1 for 4 = .25 for Elgl..there are no assets in BFNH..the assets in ELGL are VERY SUBSTANTIAL (HUGE) and have been alluded to in a big way by VALUEINVESTOROTC and others. Anthazar points out that a low float is important perhaps anticipating a higher ratio of a deal than share for share. Another way to adjust the float is BFNH moving up price wise after the deal via a stock buyback - and a much better fairer deal for ELGL holders to receive a share for share deal. BFNH is empty - why should ELGL shareholders be penalized??? THAT'S WHERE ALL THE ASSETS ARE and they are HUGE.
