Most people can't buy until they're pink current. Schwab/Etrade and a few others have restricted buying.

pretty much every ticker with a stop sign has been effected. - only way is to call into the company and speak with a broker over the phone. He will read you a disclosure and allow you to purchase. (most people are lazy so that wont happen)
