I don't think so FCCN doesn't have the assets to do it at this point. They had to get the money from La Jolla/GGI. Long term I think its a smart move. Let say the price after 18 months is 4.00(nasdaq min) and they owe 1.8 mil. They give them 450,000 shares and that's it or just the cash. It really minimizes the impact of the loan
