The fact of the matter is Safemoon is constantly growing in popularity. It's breaking records left and right. Its social media presence is huge. As with anything that becomes popular, there have been quite a few people out there that have had it out for Safemoon since even before it was launched. Spreading FUD that has to be addressed on a regular basis, etc. For whatever reason.

If it was in fact a DDOS attack targeting the launch of the wallet, I believe it to be more of a pathetic grab for attention as opposed to an actual attempt to shut down Safemoon. I also believe that it was done in the past. I do not believe it was because of too many Safemooners trying to access the site at the same time.

- All time high for website hits was roughly 5 million. During the open beta, there were 15 million unique IPs. Which is why the website crashed.

Taken from my notes on the last Safemoon Sunday. I think this was another attack that was downplayed. We know there are over 2.5 million holders of the token. So why would there be nearly 7 times that many unique IPs trying to access the site on that occasion? And to boost the website's capacity by scaling the back end and to STILL have it happen? KNOWING that those numbers had occurred? Yeah. That wasn't from Safemooners. I do believe, that based on the fact that the exact time of the release was publicized, the DDOS coincided with the number of Safemooners that were legitimately trying to access the site, again for attention but also to boost the efficacy of the DDOS attack.

I firmly believe the Safemoon products, including the wallet, are good to go. I also believe that they are double checking the actual wallet platform itself and the launch will continue to be delayed until appropriate safeguards are in place to prevent that from happening again to the greatest extent possible to the website or the platform.

Meanwhile there HAVE been developments. The buy feature works on the Safemoon site. The SWAP feature works on the Safemoon site. Both of these are also part of the forthcoming Safemoon exchange. Almost like a mini-trial. They both WORK. This is positive.

Did they need additional work done to them? Sure. Will they continue to need work? Of course. Is this normal? Absolutely. Does the same exact make and model of vehicle come out every year? Or do car manufacturers address issues in future models? Use different parts? Work to make things more efficient? Look sleeker? Go faster? Everything will always be a work in progress. They should never be content with what they have. Having that mindset is what creates opportunities for improvement.

Yes, I wanted everything released at once. I know the Safemoon team is excited and wanted the same thing. I think there are enough catalysts in the future that having everything that is ready to go now being released simultaneously wouldn't have hurt us long term because there are enough of the other projects that will continue to increase the token price down the road. However, sometimes we just need to slow our roll and gradually phase things in. Had it not been for interference everything would have been just fine. But the interference is a blessing in disguise as it creates a situation for Safemoon to improve their own security. Better to have it happen now than when the Exchange is live and a crash potentially drives away customers.

TLDR; we're ok. No need to worry about it. All things in time.
