What About Sept 28th Restriction Will It Launch This To Moon?

I have been hearing about how after Fins, being Pink Current, Merger Candidate it will shoot this ticker to the space. How about the restriction of non-current stocks by SEC? Wouldn’t that help GVSI additionally? I believe more buyers will have to choose between remaining trusted scarce tickers where GVSI will be the ahead of the competition amongst remaining trusted tickers. So all the experts out there, doesn’t this ticker have a lot more potential than TSNP in your opinion due to TSNP not facing current SEC restrictions back then and not being able to merge with better, disruptive technology/innovation candidate like SWAPP as merger candidate?
