If I was a shareholder (which I am), I'd want to know the truth, good or bad. I'd be a little more concerned about my investment than whether or not my name or even an alias appeared on a board.

What's the risk for this person?
I agree with TA's comment. If Rich was making this claim, you'd be all over him.
