Anthazar, Let me correct you. This is all information that has been circulated by Merle Ferguson.
In my opinion, ELGL is a hidden GEM and will ultimately SHINE BRIGHT!!!! And put my own money into it because I am a believer in what Merle Ferguson and ELGL has put out for years. And I don't even know the man!
Now has Merle been honest, I think so and bought shares thinking he has been. I don't think this is an elaborate scheme of his, I think ELGL is a real company and base that on the public information and the people surrounding the company. And I have combined that with documents of company operations that were provided to me along the way.
To be very clear. The only reason people own this stock is because of Merle Ferguson's efforts to get them to buy it.
To think that BFNH, BRVO are making their own decisions regarding the merger potential with ElGL is not accurate either, .........it is misinformation and you know it. MERLE FERGUSON CONTROLS BFNH, BRVO, ELGL - so all decisions begin with him and maybe end with the lawyers to verify the legality of what he does - but the man plays loose and fast with Company/shareholders stock and value in his companies........and should be careful.
Anthazar - you have stated publicly that you make statements on behalf of Merle Ferguson - therefore, we know that you know all of this information exists. Why "play" dumb? You are an insider and have been posting for over 10 years on ELGL? Honestly, what have you thinking?

You are all speculating on PDFs/bullpoop and fake pictures, as I have said, the value is the vehicle, the cargo can’t be delivered to the market without a viable vehicle. I would assume the acquisitions do not want Element stock nor did they want Bravo stock, they must want Bio stock. Therefore this was probably a double play from the beginning and the vehicle is super important and needs to have a low float and a controlled leak in or reverse of Element. The names around this merger know what they are doing and have done this before. I would suggest that we wait rather than speculate. We have lost a year and a half to Covid but the Captain and crew are all on board. This will be my last post. All’s well that ends well. Goodbye and God Bless.
