I would say the Dark Pool 2nd set of books is to keep up with the actual short share count as they cannot turn the actual number in on reports that are required. I do not believe it would be for the PPS. With that said if all the actual numbers were kept up with on the first set of books and buys and sells were actually all done properly then yes the PPS would be more.
