Friday I put 99.5m order at 0.0002, ended up getting only 8m. My broker doesn’t allow to put an order for 100m at a time, has to be less than that.

Also my order started hitting since about 10 am and I thought I was going to get filled but did not. Almost 200m shares were sold at 0.0002 after first hitting my order. I thought my order was first in line for 0.0002 but my order wasn’t filling despite hundreds of millions were sold at 0.0002. Any idea why my order wasn’t filled?
