HD-Was hoping someone noticed and thought the same as I on the amount of shareholders at this time and they average of shares per simple match per holder. You know as well as I that the average per holder has to be skewed simply be what you disclosed you have and sure there are much more holding more than up on the upstream food chain.

Thought I read somewhere at one point that Nash is preparing the financial statement personally as he has the credentials to do so and it would be great in my thinking per my previous post that he is now cleaning them up for SEC reporting.Possibly the financing went thru for the next round of acquisitions so in preparation for that.

Can you possibly confirm this about Nash and the financials as well as you thoughts , if any on this point.
