So, if the 13D gang doesn't believe LL works on covid and they sold their shares, then why are they now trying to steal LL from the shareholders? From what I've been told by many sources is they plan to merge INcellDX with CytoDyn immediately after the hostile takeover (not going to happen) so they can enrich themselves by selling it off to a large pharmaceutical. Perhaps this explains why one of their director nominees doesn't own any CYDY shares but is rumored to have shares in INcellDX. This appears to be a common theme among the 13D gang given that many of them are now admitting they've sold off their CYDY shares. If they thought there was even a remove chance they would win the proxy vote, it would only make sense to own CYDY shares BEFORE the proxy vote and not purchase them afterwards.
