Jay might be in the clear for two reasons:

1) he might not have traded his stock on his own musings. Maybe he “did” believe what he was being told.

2) he’s too naive to know better

Nader on the other hand:

Felony for continued overs draft of bank account (essentially stealing the banks money)
Two personal bankruptcies- can’t manage money
Twice caught stealing shares unjustly
Selling dream catchers there not authentic but marketed as such
Sold Cytodyn stock below $4 before news of failed test.

This seems like a pattern the DOJ might look into! Seems consistent and relevant
