My grapevine says that the offer is something like 5 times oversubscribed at the 13 level and that people aren't going to be able to get nearly what they want in the offering, so they'll likely have to top off afterwards.

FWIW I think that the price will skyrocket for a few days after the stock is priced Tueday night, after the last road show in San Fran. I think there'll be a 1-2% discount as a formality, and the boot will be full immediately. I think there will be a ride to 20 quick and then a drift into release of full results.

After the ride we'll see some cooling down.. IMO.
