Please enlighten me as to exactly WHAT leads you to believe that? Long ago I studied the criteria of the USPTO to award patents. I've posted those criteria here at least twice. My understanding is that such criteria does not include anything that would be defined as 1) efficacy 2) need) 3) value. I would think that the efficacy element would be the one that would include any testing. I'm just not aware of any requirements that were put upon vplm to supply test results of worldwide nodal testing allegedly performed by vplm. Actually, I've see both digi-phony-ca AND vplm claim to have done said testing. Which one is it? One? The other? Both? Wouldn't publishing the test results go a long way towards proving & convincing those concerned, as to the viability of the patents?

In any event, if you can point me to the test results made available to the USPTO, I'll stand corrected.
